Casino Kingdom Terms and Conditions: A Complete Overview
Before registering at Casino Kingdom, it’s worth understanding what the terms actually cover. This article breaks down all key sections in plain language — account rules, bonuses, payments, verification, and more.
General Terms
Casino Kingdom’s Terms and Conditions apply to all players who use any part of the casino’s products, websites, or software. Creating an account means agreeing to these terms in full.
The casino reserves the right to update or change the terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted counts as acceptance. Players are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates. Casino Kingdom may also notify players of changes by email.
All terms are published in English, and the English version takes priority in any case of ambiguity between translations. Translations into other languages are provided as a courtesy.
One detail worth noting: by using the service, players consent to Casino Kingdom using their gameplay data, behavioural patterns, and interaction history for AI training and machine learning research. Where local law requires it, the casino will seek explicit consent before processing personal data for these purposes.
About Casino Kingdom
Casino Kingdom is a brand managed by Rock Swift Group Limited, registered at 4th Floor, Water’s Edge Building, Meridian Plaza, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands. The casino operates under a licence issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, licence number 00884.
Casino Kingdom is not a financial institution. No interest is paid on any account balances, including deposits or pending withdrawals. The casino does not provide tax or legal advice — players seeking guidance on those matters should consult a qualified professional.
Eligibility and Jurisdiction
Casino Kingdom does not accept registrations from players who are under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to underage players are terminated and any winnings are forfeited to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
Players are solely responsible for confirming that online gambling is permitted under the laws of their country or region. The availability of the casino’s services does not constitute an endorsement or assurance of legality in any particular jurisdiction.
Player Account
All registration details must be accurate and complete. The casino can request identity documents at any time to verify the information provided. Accounts with incorrect or incomplete details may be suspended until verification is completed. If verification cannot be completed, the account may be closed and any balance confiscated or refunded at the casino’s discretion.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Where multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any winnings confiscated.
Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Any activity carried out using the correct username and password is considered valid. The casino is not liable for losses arising from failure to keep login details confidential.
The transfer of funds between individual player accounts is not permitted.
Account Dormancy
An account is considered dormant when no wagering, depositing, or withdrawing activity has occurred for a period determined at the casino’s discretion. In such cases, Casino Kingdom may remove the account balance within up to 60 days. Bonus funds are forfeited. Cash balances can be recovered upon request, provided the player successfully completes verification.
Account Suspension and Closure
Casino Kingdom reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its discretion, including in cases of unauthorised use. To close an account voluntarily, players should contact the Casino Support Centre.
Verification Procedure
Casino Kingdom may request verification documents following deposits or prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents can include:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s licence, or national identity card)
- Proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals
All documents must be clear and legible. If submitted documents are incomplete, obstructed, or appear tampered with, the player will be asked to provide additional documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
If the casino has reasonable grounds to believe that false or misleading documents have been submitted, the account may be terminated and the withdrawal request declined.
Sign-Up Offer
New players receive 3 free chances upon registration and an additional 40 chances on a first deposit of $1. These chances take the form of spins on the Mega Money Wheel, each valued at $0.10.
Winnings from these spins are credited as bonus funds, not cash. The only exception is the jackpot top prize — players who win it can contact the Support Centre to have it converted to their cash balance. This conversion must be requested before any of the funds are wagered, as amounts played before the request is made become subject to standard wagering requirements and any resulting losses cannot be recovered.
The first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration to qualify for the sign-up offer. After this window, the casino reserves the right to modify the promotion.
Bonus and Cash Account Terms
A player’s total account balance is made up of two components: a cash balance and a bonus balance.
- Cash balance — withdrawable funds
- Bonus balance — can be used to place wagers but cannot be withdrawn directly
For the first and second deposits, the associated bonuses carry a 200x play-through requirement before bonus funds can be converted to cash. From the third deposit onwards, subsequent bonuses require 30x play-through.
Before the third deposit, wagers are deducted from cash and bonus balances proportionally. Winnings are distributed back using the same ratio. After the third deposit, wagers are taken from the cash account first; the bonus account is only drawn on when no cash balance remains.
If a player withdraws their deposited funds before completing the play-through requirements, any remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements
Different games count differently toward meeting the play-through requirement:
| Game Type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots and Parlor Games | 100% |
| Table Poker, Casino War, Sic Bo | 50% |
| Most Blackjack variants, Craps, Baccarat | 10% |
| Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack (most variants) | 10% |
| Most Video Poker and Roulette variants | 2% |
| Most Live Roulette, Live Caribbean Stud, Live Hold’em | 2% |
| Deal or No Deal Live, Lightning Dice | 100% |
| All Aces Video Poker | 0% (does not count) |
Doubling up on any game does not count toward wagering requirements.
Example: A $100 bonus with a 200x requirement means wagering $20,000 on slots (100% contribution) before withdrawal. On a game with 50% contribution, the required wagering would be $40,000.
General Promotion Terms
All promotions can only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, email address, financial account, or shared network. Winnings from bonuses claimed more than once will be confiscated and the associated accounts closed.
Promotional bonuses that remain unused for more than 60 days from the date of account registration are forfeited. The casino reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Only promotions advertised directly on the Casino Kingdom website are valid. Offers distributed by third parties or affiliates are not recognised by the casino.
Irregular Play and Promotion Violations
Casino Kingdom reserves the right to withhold withdrawals or confiscate winnings for irregular play, which includes but is not limited to:
- Placing single bets equal to 25% or more of the bonus amount before completing play-through
- Using the double-up feature while a bonus is active
- Even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, or Roulette with an active bonus
- Using the autoplay feature to meet wagering requirements
- Deliberate low-risk, hedge, or zero-margin betting to work through a bonus
- Using a bonus without demonstrating genuine intent to play with personal funds
Payments and Withdrawals
Deposits are free from Casino Kingdom’s side, though payment processors or financial institutions may apply their own fees. The casino is not liable for such third-party charges.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawn funds are held in a pending state for 48 hours. After that period, the withdrawal is processed on the next business day. Pending withdrawals can be reversed by the player before processing, but once processed, they cannot be recalled. Processing may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
Withdrawal Limits
Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total deposits across the Casino Rewards network can withdraw a maximum of $4,000 per week. The casino may adjust this limit at its discretion.
Withdrawal Fees
Direct Bank Transfers (DBT) incur the following fees:
| Amount | USD | EUR | GBP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 3,000 units | $50.00 | €35.00 | £30.00 |
| Over 3,000 units | $100.00 | €70.00 | £60.00 |
Withdrawals in a different currency than the player’s account are subject to a currency conversion fee of 2.5% above the average daily interbank market rate.
Withdrawals are generally returned to the financial account used for the original deposit. The casino is not responsible for delays in transferring funds once payment has been released from their side.
Fraud and Financial Compliance
Players must not deposit funds that are proceeds of illegal activity or intended for money laundering or terrorist financing. The casino reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and may suspend accounts or confiscate balances where such activity is suspected.
Funds may not be transferred between player accounts. If multiple accounts are funded from a common source, this is considered fraudulent and may result in account suspension and confiscation of funds.
If a deposit is charged back, disputed, recalled, or reversed by the player, all associated winnings will be voided, the balance confiscated, and all Casino Rewards network accounts locked.
Currency arbitrage through Casino Kingdom’s systems is strictly prohibited. Any financial gains obtained through such activity will be deducted from the player’s balance without notice.
Software, Bots, and Technical Issues
Using bots, automated software, or hardware to influence game outcomes is prohibited. Any funds obtained this way will be confiscated immediately.
Using a Virtual Machine is treated as a deliberate attempt to manipulate gameplay, and any financial gains made under those conditions will be confiscated.
In the event of a system malfunction, all wagers placed during that period are void, and payouts from a malfunctioning game are also void. Casino Kingdom is not liable for losses arising from connection problems, software failures, or hardware errors.
Responsible Gambling
Casino Kingdom promotes responsible gambling and provides the following tools:
- Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks
- Self-exclusion for a period of 6 months
- Deposit limits
- Referrals to problem gambling organisations
Full details are available in Casino Kingdom’s Responsible Gambling Policy.
Disputes and Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 6 months of the relevant incident. Players should first contact the Casino Support Centre. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, it can be referred to eCogra as the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. eCogra’s decision is final.
Players may also submit complaints directly to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission at: complaints@gamingcommission.ca
Casino Kingdom’s full Terms and Conditions are published in English on their official website. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version takes precedence.
